Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Draco AI Web Solutions platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this Software as a Service Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Subscription Fees and Payments

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly). Payment processing is handled by our third-party provider, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to provide this information to Stripe and charge your designated payment method. One-time setup fees and domain registration fees (via GoDaddy APIs) are non-refundable once the asset is provisioned.

3. User-Generated Content & Liability

You are solely responsible for the content, text, images, and data you upload, edit, or publish using our site builder. Draco AI acts merely as the hosting infrastructure. You agree not to publish illegal, infringing, or defamatory content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate sites that violate these terms without a refund.

4. Third-Party App Store Publishing

If your subscription includes Mobile App Generation, Draco AI will provide the MAUI codebase and assistance. However, approval and publication to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the policies of Apple and Google. Draco AI is not liable for app rejections or third-party developer fees.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your live website and associated integrations will be taken offline and eventually permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
